Utica Mayor Justifies 10% Tax Increase, Updates St. Es ,Revenues 

On March 11, 2025 at the Munson Auditorium, 3 Utica related presentations were made.  The first and longest featured Mayor Galime attempting to justify his proposal to raise taxes almost 10%. The second presentation was an update on the former St.Elizabeth's hospital by Commissioner Brian Thomas.  Lastly, Chris Lawrence talked about revenue opportunities for the City and citizens.
