St. Elizabeth's 2nd Redevelopment Public Meeting 

This video illustrates in detail the four options that the consultants put forward for this hospital redevelopment project.  Some of the neighbors did not like any of them.  Talking to people after the meeting the biggest concerns seem to deal with whether or not the units (whether apartments, town houses ,or single family houses) will be subsidized or market rate.  Also people would prefer to see ownership rather than rental units.  

The St. Elizabeth's project seems to be handled much differently than the St. Luke's Reimagine project.  Check out the 3rd St. Luke's meeting also on this channel for a comparison.
