SUNA 3/11/24 Meeting

South Utica Neighborhood Meeting 

The Meeting took place at the Parkway Recreation Center.  Despite audio and visual problems with the space that night we were able to record a video that you may find interesting.  The first speaker was Bob Sullivan who spoke about a new Arts District organization .  Called the Oneida Square Arts District Association or OSADA.    The second speaker was Councilman Joe Betar.  His main focus was the Utica budget and the 16.5 percent proposed tax increase.  He took many questions from members of the audience.  Take a look and see what your fellow citizens have to say.  At the end a new location for the monthly meetings was talked about!
